Goals
Praush Beauty (Formerly Plume) has been leveraging LimeChat's WhatsApp Marketing solution to effectively send out various campaigns, including abandoned cart reminders, feedback requests, and promotional broadcasts.
However, Praush Beauty was now seeking to:
- Improve their return on ad spend (ROAS) for broadcast
- Elevate their efforts and maximize customer loyalty and repeat purchases through the use of WhatsApp
The Solution
Praush Beauty has collaborated with LimeChat to develop a WhatsApp strategy that enables their team to send targeted broadcast campaigns.
Step 1. Send feedback campaigns
The Praush team sends automated Conversational Feedback Campaigns via WhatsApp to all customers who have purchased from their brand.
Step 2. Send special promotional broadcasts to satisfied customers
The Praush team segments all customers who expressed a positive response and send them a Promotional Broadcast on WhatsApp.

The Results
- The Praush team has a 20% reply rate on their conversational feedback campaigns. Of those who replied, 48% said they were "Very Happy" and 25% said they were "Happy."
- The Promotional Broadcast campaign was sent to a highly targeted audience segment that had a positive brand experience. It resulted in a ROAS of 11.11.
- There has been an increase in repeat purchases from happy, existing customers, leading to improved customer loyalty.
